EZ Tax Pros at 1246 Montauk Highway, West Islip, New York.

After years of trusting this company and appreciating their professionalism I am done. Over the past two years, they have gone downhill. Today, I received my tax return--after sending several unanswered emails asking where it was (they don't answer the phone)--and noticed the numbers were wrong. I was told they "estimated". Estimated thousands of dollars!!! That I have no receipts for. I asked for a phone call and Paris (a partner) told me I had already gone over my tax return with someone(not true). I insisted on a call back (this was all via email). Finally someone called me and admitted she lied about going over my return, admitted to lying about the numbers and other items on my return. Then she said she had no time to talk to me and hung up. I have referred several friends to this company over the years. Time to make some phone calls and un-refer. Very unsettling, unprofessional and this is MY money and MY neck with the IRS. How dare they!!!!
